The representative in France represents seconded employee in the communications with the Ministry of Labour of Republic of France concerning employee’s pay during employee’s secondment and 18 month after the end of secondment to France.

Seconded employee should be registered.

Austria
No representative is necessary in Austria.
Netherlands
A representative is needed in the Netherlands.
When posting an employee, the employee must be declared.
Exemption from declaration:
-freight transit;
-all passenger transport operations.
